We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Operations/Middle Office candidate to join the team.

We are seeking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst, someone who has a good understanding of the securities lending market and importantly someone with the confidence to work and evolve processes independently.

Due to the size of the team, this diverse role will involve senior responsibilities - setting up relevant Operational processes and procedures - whilst at the same time performing many of the Operational functions. The successful person will be expected to identify and build new and automated processes, working closely with R&D teams.

Role will necessitate ownership of tasks and lead of others;

Ability to demonstrate and apply initiative and problem solve on your own is imperative;

Environment is dynamic, and your contribution to the business evolution will be essential;

As the business grows, you will be responsible for the growth and change in Operational functions accordingly, working closely with the senior management team on strategy and priority;

Strong-minded yet quick to admit mistakes, open and fun to work with;

Technical Skills

Graduate calibre candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years relevant Operations experience with a financial background (Investment Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management or Private Banking);

Project management and process improvement;

Global Fixed Income and/or Equity support experience essential;

The role has the strong possibility to grow into a number-two Operations Manager role in the future. The company is currently growing, and the functional coverage will necessitate experience in at least 2 of the following:

Client Services

Trade Support / Settlements

Reconciliations (Pirum exposure a distinct advantage)

Exposure Management (including BoNY Triparty)

KYC/Client onboarding

Corporate Action/Dividend processing

Performance, Risk Management and Reporting

Client Reporting

Custody oversight
