EquiLend and BondLend break trading record
EquiLend and BondLend experienced a record-breaking trading day across the two platforms on 28 June 2017.

The firm recorded 36,977 trades last week on 28 June, beating its last target from 26 August 2015.

EquiLend attributed the achievement to a rise in North American equities trading. Of these trades, 90 percent were conducted on the Next Generation Trading platform.

Legacy trading platforms, including AutoBorrow and Trade2O, will be discontinued in December. As an upgrade, NGT offers global, consolidated securities finance trading across all asset types.
